Chef Cynthia East

Culinary leader, educator, and hospitality systems strategist working at the intersection of food, culture, and community.

Chef Cynthia East brings more than three decades of leadership across luxury hospitality, corporate restaurant expansion, higher education, and community-centered culinary innovation. A Culinary Institute of America alumna, she has held executive leadership roles including Food & Beverage Director at Saracen Casino Resort and played a key role in scaling Tacos 4 Life from a single location to a multi-state brand.
